“Joshua talk was thoroughly uplifting and made everyone think not only about what makes each of us human, but about how we make a positive difference to everyone with whom we come into contact.”

- Victoria Gardner, Director of Academics, Wellington College, UK

In 2016, faced with the stark reality of homelessness increasing in London, I began offering free haircuts for people living on the street, building friendships and connections with those I met.

These interactions changed my life. I founded a global kindness movement called Do Something For Nothing to inspire others to join in with similar actions. Through sharing these stories online, this mission went viral and spread across the globe.

Featured in National Geographic’s The Story of Us w/ Morgan Freeman, my work combines heartfelt inspiration and practical strategies that drive change for a better world.

With a decade of experience in social impact and collaborating with grassroots projects , I continue this work today internationally, with a focus in youth education, with motivational speeches for high school students.

I believe in fostering a culture of kindness for young people to thrive. While career success is certainly important, it is through compassion and understanding that we truly begin to reach our fullest potential.

Through powerful stories and anecdotes, I share how harnessing values such as empathy and creativity can uplift our lives and those around us. As well as practical strategies for students to tap into their unique potential.

My speeches get beneath the surface of complex issues and catalyze to empower young people to realize their potential to become ethical leaders in this world.

With a down-to-earth and thoughtful approach, I leave my audiences feeling energized to make a difference.
